About Us

 

 

This position is located at a child caring facility located on the Leary Fraser Road in Bridgewater which delivers youth (ages 12-16) residential services and operates twenty-four (24) hours of the day, seven (7) days per week.

 

 

About Our Opportunity

 

As Program Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership to members of an Interdisciplinary team.   You will ensure the development and implementation of individual care plans, the application of Accountability Case Management and programming for children between the ages of mainly twelve to sixteen years old with complex emotional and/or behavioral disorders and issues.

 

About You

 

You will possess a Bachelors or Master’s degree in Social Science with 5 plus years of related progressive program management experience in a residential setting or an equivalent combination of education, training and related experience.

 

You will have demonstrated work experience in a leadership role, understanding of child welfare, and residential services; demonstrated knowledge of treatment modalities for children; and demonstrated effective communication skills both written and verbal.

 

You will have experience working effectively in consultation with clinical professionals and other service providers.

 

Leadership competencies required at this level of work are: Analytical Thinking, Action Management, Team Leadership, Initiative, Effective Interactive Communication, Partnering and Relationship Building, and Intercultural and Diversity Proficiency.

 

We will assess the above qualifications and competencies using one or more of the following tools: written examination, standardized tests, oral presentations, interview(s), and reference checks.

 

Other Considerations

 

Because the facility is a 24/7 (open) operation, shift work (days, evenings, weekends and holidays) is required.

 

 

Pay Grade:  EC 11 

 

Salary Range:  $2,652.79 - $3,315.98 Bi-Weekly
