As a member of the SAP Modernization Program Team, and reporting to the Executive Director,  the Project Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of the SAP modernization program processes and activities as well as providing administrative assistance to the Executive Director. Key Responsibilities

  • Assists program leadership in coordinating project activities and initiatives based on needs, including managing meeting agendas, planning, resource scheduling and organization of a broad range of activities that require an organized and flexible approach.

 

  • Coordinates the onboarding process for new employees including acquiring equipment and software, network access, access to SAP systems and the SharePoint documentation library for new SAP MP resources.

 

  • Supports the Executive Director in the administration and coordination of executive activities such as meeting preparation and scheduling, managing executive stakeholder relationships, communication and event planning.

 

  • Coordinates and prepares documentation, meeting minutes, communications, agendas, and reports for approval, while following up on pending issues. Participates in meetings and assists in stakeholder management activities.

 

  • Produces accurate reports for SAP MP leadership by collecting data from a variety of sources and inputting that data into standard formats as necessary. Supports and enables the SAP MP team to use and benefit from existing data management solutions.

 

  • Leads office management activities and processes including space planning and allocation, managing floor access, monitoring of equipment and supplies, communication with vendors, etc.

 

  • Other coordination duties as required.

 

Qualifications and Experience

Requirement: Bachelor’s degree + 1 year related experience (such as working with Information Technology procedures, policies, and guidelines); or an equivalent combination of training and experience.

 

The following will also be required for the position:

 

  • Experience with Office 365 product suite including but not limited to:  PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and SharePoint.

 

  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple priorities and assess emerging issues.

 

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

 

  • Experience working with a diverse team and group of stakeholders.

 

  • Strong organizational skills for managing multiple activities simultaneously.

 

  • Strong analytical skills.

 

  • Ability to work cooperatively and effectively as part of a team.

  • Understanding of an alternate service provider supported organization
