About Our Opportunity


As the Program Administration Officer 3 you will be responsible  for providing leadership, advice, guidance, and subject matter expertise to (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) GRC system users of the Province’s instance of SAP.

Primary Accountabilities

 

  • Analyzes significant data blocks and conducts user access reviews, mitigating control audits and access risk audits.
  • Respond to inquiries and requests for assistance from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Responsible for the development and management of GRC system training materials that meet the needs and requirements of new and existing users.
  • Prepares presentations and reports for management relating to user security access, user access risks (SoD), mitigating controls as well as manual and automated internal controls within GRC PC Reporting

Qualifications and Experience


 

Attention to detail, analytical thinking and sound judgement are critical.  

 

The candidate must have advanced interpersonal and communication skills and experience and demonstrate how they effectively communicate complex information in plain language and deliver difficult messages. Highly developed written and verbal communication skills are required to prepare correspondence and respond to inquiries.

 

Knowledge of business processes, security role relationships and IBM’s role in SAP configuration.

 

The candidate must be proficient in the following: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and SAP.  

 

Knowledge and experience with Governance, Risk and Compliance  (GRC) would be considered an asset.

 

We will assess the above qualifications and competencies using one or more of the following tools: written examination, standardized tests, oral presentation, interview(s, and reference checks.

Pay Grade:  PR 13  

Salary Range:  $2,556.10 - $3,107.16 Bi-Weekly
