About Our Opportunity
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional support services? Do you have strong leadership skills? The Corporate Learning Centre (CLC) is seeking an Operational Support Specialist to oversee the day-to-day operations of our centre. In this role, you will lead a team of Coordinators ensuring the smooth delivery of course offerings. Your expertise will help shape the participant and facilitator experience, ensuring an inclusive, welcoming, and professional environment.
Key responsibilities include planning and organizing programs and projects, managing resources, overseeing processes, and delivering exceptional service. You will play a pivotal role in financial reporting and achieving revenue targets, while driving the success of the CLC’s mission and business objectives. You will assist with the management of internal and external client and vendor relationships which involves organizing and maintaining vendor materials, managing contract renewal processes, as well as the administration of licenses and credits. You will be responsible for the management of the space, equipment, and supplies. Other duties include preparing reports, documentation, communications, and marketing material.

About You
This may be the right opportunity for you if you have a post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field and at least 2-3 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
You have exemplary skills and extensive experience in MS Office (e.g. Word, Outlook, Excel, Power Point); you enjoy working with information management systems and embrace learning new technologies. You possess a positive and professional attitude with proven leadership and team-building abilities. You have strong project coordination skills and are a resourceful problem solver. You have strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. You are highly motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail and are able to prioritize multiple tasks and a variety of deadlines. You are comfortable working with confidential/sensitive matters.

Pay Grade: EC 07
Salary Range: $2,289.42 - $2,861.78 Bi-Weekly
