About Our Opportunity
Join our dynamic team at Service Excellence as we expand and enhance the digital landscape at OSD! As the backbone of coordination and administration for the Service Excellence team, you will be instrumental in supporting the integration and continuous enhancement of OSD Digital Products. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations Planning, you will play a pivotal role providing operational and procedural support to staff at OSD who are accountable for the delivery of core social programs. Your role will directly impact service delivery to clients.
Primary Accountabilities
You will assist in the delivery and administration of Digital Products, including the implementation of new products and the enhancement of existing OSD products. Working with two (2) case management systems (CCM and ICM) and beyond, you have the opportunity to support system releases, problem solve, create requirements/procedure documents, communications and change management initiatives. You will also:
- Support effective product delivery and implementation.
- Review and assess system functionality for various programs and identify user needs to achieve system efficiency.
- Coordinate program recommendations/enhancements with staff and key partners
- Developing operational processes, procedures and support used to deliver timely and efficient services to staff.
- Recognize, diagnose, and solve problems with the goal of uncovering valuable product and user insights.
- Provide system configuration and administrative support.
- Day-to-day system support and user access requests
Qualifications and Experience
A related Bachelor’s degree and one (1) year of related experience in coordinating and administering programs or an equivalent combination of training, education, and experience. In addition, you have:
- Experience supporting Digital Products and a strong passion for making systems efficient for users.
- Knowledge of current research techniques and the ability to conduct data analysis and write reports.
- Proficiency in Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint or equivalent)
- Ability to work independently and as a collaborative team player with expertise in partnering and developing relationships.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Attention to detail is essential to support operations.
- Sound judgment skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and a strong focus on client service.

- A completed related diploma and three (3) years of related experience
- Five (5) years of related experience

Pay Grade: PR 06
Salary Range: $1,924.95 - $2,760.42 Bi-Weekly
