Your Role & Its Impact

 

As the Program Specialist, you will:

 

  • Be an integral part of a multi-disciplinary team working on the modernization of Legal Services technology stack.
  • Iteratively deliver products and services that provide value to the team.
  • Set standards and best practices for the team.
  • Onboard and Train new users.
  • Works effectively as a first responder by diagnosing, evaluating, and resolving digital problems.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of digital products.
  • Provide analytics to support decision making.

    • Legal Field.
    • Digital product support and troubleshooting.
    • Onboarding and Training.
    • DevOps practices.
    • Data migration from legacy system database to the replacement systems.

 

You must have a relevant bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years related experience; or an equivalent combination of training and experience may be acceptable.

This is a Permanent employment opportunity based in Halifax. 

 

Some travel may be required to our offices in Truro and Cape Breton.

Pay Grade:  PR 13  

Salary Range:  $2,469.30 - $3,001.65 Bi-Weekly
