This is a hiring pool competition intended to fill term positions with a projected end date of March 31, 2027 and temporary positions with a projected end date of December 18, 2026. The appointment status (‘term’, ‘temporary’ or ‘casual’) is dependent on the start date of the successful candidate and the overall duration of the position in accordance with the collective agreement.

About Our Opportunity
Primary Accountabilities
- Opening mail, and process requests through tracking system.
- Processing requests received, accurately and within service standards to ensure client expectations are consistently met.
- Communicating accurate information in a timely manner to clients and within the team on the phone, online, and in person.
- Preparation of daily cash reports.
- Balancing daily transactions received and processed for self, peers and or team.
- Participating in training and team meetings related to and supporting the position, division, department, and government.
- Assisting with user acceptance testing

Salary Range: $1,848.39 - $2,068.11 Bi-Weekly
