About Our Opportunity
As the Project Coordinator, you are responsible for the coordination/administration of programs and project processes connected to peer support, navigation services, mental health and suicide intervention skills training and mental health and wellbeing focused events and resources. The Project Coordinator prepares documentation, communications, agendas, and reports while following up on issues. The Project Coordinator develops training plans, coordinates and leads workshops, and tracks and prepares project performance reports and financial records
About You
As the successful applicant, flexibility and the ability to be to use sound judgement and decision-making skills while working in a highly sensitive environment is critical. You are detail-oriented and possess strong organizational and analytical thinking skills to determine priorities in a busy environment with minimal supervision. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, are key. Essential skills include advanced computer skills using Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.) and demonstrated problem solving ability. You apply the concepts of equity, diversity, inclusive and accessible practice to all areas of your work. Working Conditions
Normal work week is 35 hours/week, 7 hours/day.
May be required to work overtime on occasion.
Additional Information
This is a TERM employment opportunity with an anticipated end date of January 31, 2028. The appointment status (‘term’, ‘temporary’ or ‘casual’) is dependent on the start date of the successful candidate.

Pay Grade: EC 07
Salary Range: $2,335.21 - $2,919.02 Bi-Weekly
The salary rates include an economic adjustment that has been approved. These rates are effective April 1, 2025. Implementation in our HR system will occur on March 5, 2026. Until then, the current rates will apply. Employees hired during this period will receive retroactive pay adjustments in accordance with the applicable policies.
