Primary Accountabilities
- Business focus, working to ensure the necessary business processes are followed.
- Adopts a portfolio view, managing end-to-end services that include multiple products and channels, as well as across related customer journeys.
- Accountable for the quality of a new or redesigned service.
- Defines and are accountable for end-to-end services (or journeys).
- Responsible for the successful delivery, operation, and continuous improvement of a service.
- Responsible for the day-to-day management and running of the service, monitoring performance, removing blockers, and keeping the service on-course.
- Determines priorities for the team(s) working on the service, working closely with product leads to define and iterate roadmaps.
- Understands and communicates the benefits and performance of the service effectively.
- Participates in the governance, including acting as a point of escalation for multidisciplinary delivery teams and all things related to the service.
- Operates at scale to provide the connection between multidisciplinary business areas, digital specialists and stakeholders.
- Ensures other work and initiatives from across the business area are aligned with the vision and goals of the service.
Qualifications and Experience
Must-Haves:
- You have completed a related bachelor’s or master’s degree and have 6 years related experience with the Registry of Motor Vehicles or Service Delivery
- You are curious and analytical in nature and can proactively identify opportunities, determine requirements, evaluate alternatives, and provide sound recommendations.
- You have excellent critical thinking, written and oral communication skills, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- As a leader in a fast-paced environment, strong organizational and management skills are essential to prioritize and direct work activities under tight deadlines. You exercise sound judgement with diplomacy when under pressure.
- You promote a positive team and collaborative atmosphere and ensure an inclusion and diversity lens is applied in the development and management of strategies, policies, standards, program design, and initiatives.
- You must be proficient with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook (or equivalent).
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with navigating, implementing and managing change.
- Experience with developing or providing training for staff or partner stakeholders.
- Experience in a project setting, ideally within government.
- Experience in supporting government led modernization or transformation initiatives.
- Experience with influencing and uniting diverse stakeholder groups with competing interests or needs.
We will assess the above qualifications and experience using tools such as assessments, presentations, interviews, reference checks, etc.

Working Conditions
- Normal work week is 35 hours/week, 7 hours/day
- May be required to work overtime on occasion
Additional Information
This is a full-time, two-year TERM employment opportunity with anticipated end date of October 13, 2027. The appointment status (‘term’, ‘temporary’ or ‘casual’) is dependent on the start date of the successful candidate.

Pay Grade: PR 17
Salary Range: $3,107.16 - $3,649.33 Bi-Weekly
