Au sujet de cet emploi
À titre de préposé ou préposée au service à la clientèle, service des transactions, vous effectuerez des transactions et offrirez un service à la clientèle de qualité à nos clients particuliers et à nos clients d'affaires. Vous travaillerez dans un contexte de prestation de services où les activités évoluent sans cesse et se déroulent rapidement. Vous examinerez des dossiers, traiterez des documents et appliquerez les lois et les politiques pertinentes. Vous émettrez des pièces d’identité officielles comme des permis de conduire et des cartes d’identité de la Nouvelle-Écosse. Au nombre des autres responsabilités, notons la sécurité et le contrôle de fonds publics et l'émission, la sécurité et le contrôle de produits qui portent un numéro de série et de produits qui n’en portent pas. Vous entrerez et récupérerez des données dans les systèmes automatisés tout en faisant preuve d’une grande discrétion. Dans le cadre de votre travail, vous êtes en contact avec le grand public et vous assurez un excellent service à la clientèle.

About Our Opportunity
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, Transaction Services, you complete transactions and provide quality service to our individual and business customers. Working in a fast paced, continuously evolving service delivery environment, you scrutinize records, process documents, and apply relevant legislation and policy. You also issue primary identity documents such as Driver’s Licenses and Nova Scotia Identification cards. Other key responsibilities include maintaining security/control of public funds and issuing and securing control of serial numbered and non-serial numbered inventory. While exercising a high degree of confidentiality, you accurately enter and retrieve data from automated systems. In your work, you interact with the general public, providing excellent customer service.

- Demonstrated ability to diplomatically deal with the general public and to effectively manage difficult client engagements.

Salary Range: $739.35 - $827.24 Bi-Weekly
